All Companies must register their attendance by picking up their name badges and gift at our on-site "Event Registration" area on Wednesday, June 7, beginning at 12:00 noon, located on the ballroom level (on the right as you exit the escalator) at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa, 23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78261

Please Note:

  • Dress is casual to all events
  • Our theme is Hawaiian Paradise-Hawaiian clothing is encouraged

IMPORTANT – if you are registered to attend the CWP, your official H-E-B TOC name badge indicates your Bus #, Charity Organization, & Group Name. Anyone participating in the Charity Work Project MUST WEAR YOUR OFFICIAL TOC NAME BADGE THAT INCLUDES THIS INFORMATION.

If this information is not printed on your badge, please see Lacey Kotzur at the registration desk outside Exhibit Hall “B.”

If this information is printed on your badge, you do not need to officially register as in years past. Please have your badge on and join us for breakfast.
