All Companies must register their attendance by picking up their name badges and gift at our on-site "Event Registration" area on Wednesday, June 5, beginning at 12:00 noon, located on the ballroom level (on the right as you exit the escalator) at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa, 23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78261

Please Note:

  • Dress is resort casual to all events
  • Our theme is Texas Country Western - slip on your boots & cowboy hat
  • Wear your H-E-B TOC name badge to all activities

Wednesday, June 5th

TOPGOLF Tournament

  • 7:00 a.m. – Registration & Coffee - JWM Exhibit Hall level
    (if your badge has your Topgolf Level & Bay #, you may load the bus)
  • 7:30 a.m. – Buses leave for Topgolf
  • 8:00 a.m. – Buffet Breakfast
  • 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. – Golf Tournament
  • 11:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Winners Announced
  • 11:30 a.m. – Load buses for return to JWM
  • 12:00 noon – Lunch in Exhibit Hall

  • 3:00-3:15 p.m. - Check-in (Ballroom foyer)

Golf Mobile Retail Store will be opened from 1:00-9:00 p.m. on Ballroom Level

Charity Work Project

IMPORTANT – if you are registered to attend the CWP, your official H-E-B TOC name badge indicates your Bus #, Charity Organization, & Group Name. Anyone participating in the Charity Work Project MUST WEAR YOUR OFFICIAL TOC NAME BADGE THAT INCLUDES THIS INFORMATION.

If this information is not printed on your badge, please see Lacey Kotzur at the registration desk outside Exhibit Hall “B.”

If this information is printed on your badge, you are already officialy registered. Please have your badge on and join us for breakfast.

All Sponsor Levels

  • 6:30-7:15 a.m. Full Breakfast Buffet will be served in Exhibit Hall "B"
  • 7:15-7:25 a.m. - Load buses
  • 7:30 a.m. - BUSES LEAVING to Charity Work Projects
  • 8:00-12:00 noon - Charity Work Projects
  • 12:00-12:30 p.m. - Load buses for return to JWM - Lunch will be provided in Exhibit Hall "B"
  • 1:30-4:30 p.m. - Free Time
